Facemask Red my son plays football and got hit in the chest pretty hard with a facemask. what should i do?
his chest was red for a couple of minutes and whenever he breathes or moves his body in a certain way he says it hurts.
You really need to see a doctor. A significant blow to the chest can fracture ribs, the sternum, bruise lungs, or even cause fluid to build up in the sac holding his heart. Dont mess with this, putting it off my make his condition worse.

Natural Remedies That Works Fast Against Acne- Part 3
Knowing the importance of natural remedies will not just stop your acne problems for a few days but for a lifetime. I want to share some effective acne cures with you.
1. Fenugreek paste remedy - aside from using its seed to make curry powder, fenugreek, through its leaves, can be a useful treatment for acne. Making a paste out of its leaves, you can produce a facemask that can be applied at night to prevent pimples and blackheads.
2. Coriander and mint juice- another known effective home remedy for acne. Some people have used this with success. Make a paste by mixing up coriander with few drops of mint juice and turmeric powder. Make sure that you cleanse your face thoroughly before applying it at night.
3. Every 30 minutes, apply an ice pack to the pimple and hold it there for about 2 minutes. This will eventually decrease the swelling and redness and help shrink the inflammation and pain that sometimes comes along with it.
4. If you're in need of a quick fix, a dab of toothpaste on the affected area right before bed can help soothe irritation and reduce redness.
5. Pressing and holding a wet tea bag or a cotton ball with a dab of lemon juice against the blemish for five minutes can also reduce swelling and redness.
6. Cleanse your skin 2-3 times a day with mild, unscented soap or a specialized acne cleanser that has no harsh chemicals (such as lye). You should wash your face with a sulfur based soap designed for acne. Scrub skin gently with an exfoliating pad or washcloth, but don't rub too hard, otherwise you'll sap your skin of its own natural oils, which help to repel buildup naturally.
