how to get clear skin?
hi i am thirteen and have a lot of tincy skin coloured spots and also have a few red spots on my forehead,i am gratefull that i do not have acne but i haven't have a completely clear complexion in about a year and a half. I use dermalogica now and am happy with it and i have cut all junk food out of my diet except for plain biscuits but my skin is still the same is there anything else i can do? like a facemask? or cut anything else out of my diet?
It may be helpful for you to go and have a facial. Apart from it being very relaxing, the therapist will assess your skin and take a good look with a mag lamp. Pick a salon that uses Dermalogica products so that you can stick with the brand you are happy with, and they will go through your current skincare regime with you and give you advice on how to improve it and recommend the right products for your skin.
