How long would it take to layer my hair again?

& When it comes to haircuts im not really patient, but im really wanting to layer my hair again, does anyone have an idea of how long it would take?
In a salon like supercuts - 15 minutes
In a upperclass salon - 30-45 minutes.
You have very long hair, and if you want it done right, it's going to take some time, usually half an hour.
The time does not include shampooing or styling.

Suppose some catastrophic event had destroyed half of the ozone in the stratosphere prior to the introduction of halocarbonx. How long would it have taken to replace the ozone layer and what might have been the likely effects?
That is a very good question. And the answer is, we don't know. There have been times in the past, when the ozone layer has been removed, and these times have been accompanied with major and minor animal extinctions. It is one reason, that scientists have been very worried about what might happen if it were removed.

Maybe you can design an experiment to find out! That link was from the 80's, there must have been more stuff done after that.

I agree. I see it like a computer's mem. architecture – short term, quick, volatile memory at one layer, and long term, slow, but durable memory at another layer. The good ol' hippocampus gets to choose what to put where
I live in Alberta and yes it gets really cold. First off I layer – long johns and long undershirt, a long shirt over top and then a long windbreak jacket (waterproof in case of wet snow). I wear winter weight tights over my long johns and winter socks. I wear traction aids on my shoes because I too am recovering from a knee injury (surgery this past April). I don't wear trail shoes and keep loyal to my New Balance stability shoes also because of my knee. I always wear a toque and bring my balaclava in case of wind. I just wear the balaclava down covering my neck and pull it up when needed. I wear mits instead of gloves. I found a pair at MEC twelve years ago and they are the best mits I've ever had. I think you can still buy them. They are almost like a polar fleece. I know it sounds like a lot of clothes but the layers are thin – not at all bulky. If you buy your clothes at MEC or a specialty running store you can be assurred you are getting the propper weight and wicking fabric. At MEC just make sure you asking for moisture wicking fabric and specify for running as MEC caters to many outdoor activities. Enjoy!
