Logo Jacket I have this white chef jacket, with a black logo on one side, and a name on the other side, Can I use bleach?
My jacket is pure white, with a black symbol on one side and then a name on the other. Can i use bleach on this jacket, or would i be better off not using bleach?
If you use bleach, the black symbol and name might bleed onto the white. I had that happen with one of my child's outfits, and it might have been regular wash. Read the instructions that came with the jacket for starters. You might want to test spot any detergent on the colors first to see if that will bleed out. If it does bleed or if you don't want to risk it, you can consider dry cleaning it (professional or with a home kit). And there are delicate detergents that you could get, and you can get a bleach or anti stain pen to spot clean stains on the jacket and just hand wash the white part in a bucket or sink (holding the colored parts above the water so as to not make them get wet).
