Light Blue Navy Olive skin - Brown hair - kinda light Brown eyes. Would navy blue eyeliner work ?
Or a lighter blue ?
And if so what eyeshadow & mascara goes good with it?
I'm really trying to make my eyes pop.
Dark blue eye liner, or even purple works the best on brown eyes, and you could do a different shade of blue eye shadow on the top if you make it look a little smokey looking, and black mascara would work just dandy.

Navy White What are some unique binder decorating ideas (three binders (orange, dark navy, and white, with a little grey)?
I have an orange binder, a DARK navy binder, almost black, but almost black, but is visibly blue, and white, all of which have grey on the border, at some parts. I am a boy, I am unique. I love photography, and drawing. I am kind of my own person, and LOVE randomness. Bright colors are great for me, but not flamboyant. Thank you so much

What color shoes/accessories go good with navy & white?
I just bought a navy blue/white sort of polka dot dress. Anyone have any suggestions for shoe colors would look good with it? I've seen red of course, hot pink, greens...what else is good this season?
Don't do pink or green. That would clash and look really odd. I'd go with either red or white. Maybe something with a little bit of a 40's or 50's vintage feel, that would be really cute.

hi there im using my mums addy but i have used this product twice now b4 i went cosmic blue i was bitter sweet chocolate i only ever use Live it is pretty effective yes and looks more like black but only a slight tint of blue in the light or sun but im now deciding whether to carry on with same colour or to go deep black best way to using this is to have 2 hair dyes and section parts also comb through as this will prevent patching i always use to other wise i am scrapping with one and end up with a few patches well that's what i do anyway pretty good product only down fall is it loses the colour after 4weeks
