Jacket Reserve
would bettering my appearance get me any luck with meeting or attacting ppl?
I normally dress plain. Jeans and a jacket everyday. Nothing extravagant. No accessories besides earrings.
I'm just wondering.....do you think improving my appearance would help me to attract guys???
Im already in my early 20s and have never dated or been in a relationship. I'm slender and pretty (ive been told so many times), but I have no fashion sense and Im really quiet and reserved.
i want guys to at least look at me. I find it hard to get people to make eye contact sometimes.
do you think dressing a bit more "glamorous" would help me out?
Ohh man thats pretty hard never been to a relationship, you know what since I'm a guy I'm attracted to a girl who knows how to dress you don't have to be fashionista but to show you can carry yourself formal and informal crowd so "Yes" you need to dress a lil bit more "preppy"(simple but attractive) but make sure you dress the way you show your personality, the type of style where your being "you" and confident to yourself not just to standout that makes you insecure.
btw go out a lot more, socialize --life is too short you need friends(real friends) 
If you dontr know whats your style or your bestself(its called affirmations) I'll give you some tip: Close your eyes and imagine yourself the way you want people to see you or perceived about you. Take that picture and imagine that picture is raining all over the place.
And say to yourself I'm pretty, I'm confident, I don't need anyones opinion about me, I am good enough , society need me make sure you say it louder.
lastly make some gay friends they know a lot about fashion!!

Wear out date for Black Army goretex liner(jacket)?
I have been out of the Army for a while...I just agreed, for some reason, to join a reserve unit. I need to report tomorrow and brought my black gortex liner to wear with my ACU's, it's like 18 outside. I went on base tonight but didn't see anyone wearing the black one with ACU's BUT I did see the green ones. I didn't bring any other coat, can I wear it?
I've been out of the Army for about three years but had the black liner when I was in (called it a bear suit). We were not allowed to wear it unless it was completely covered by our gortex so it wasn't visible. Uniform rules are always shady depending on what unit you are in and how much of a stickler the folks in charge are but I distinctly remember being told that we could not wear it as anything other then a liner. Sorry.
