Also, http://www.weddingdesignonadime.com did a green and white inspiration board that may help you - they individually list where they got all of their images.

How do I install new HPM light fitting? Got green, white and black wires but don't know where to put them!!!?
We've just removed a 'vintage' light fitting. the red wires are tucked away in a blind terminal. The green (earth) is marked on the light fitting but the only other of the terminals on the new fitting that is marked (there are 4) says 'loop'. I have two black wires (together) and a white.....would rather not die and my electrician friend is away for the weekend!!) Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
The black wires are your hot (hook up last) your white is your neutral (hook up second) the green is your ground (hook up first). The wires feeding the fixture should be black, white, most probably bare (no insulation) put the bare wire to the green, white to white and black to black. If you have a meter then you can determine wich wire feeding the fixture is hot by putting one lead on the bare wire and then onto one of the other wires. Repeat until you get a reading. !!!!CAUTION!!!! turn the switch off before connecting the wires, or switch the appropriate breaker off.
Green Black Which color wire is used for electrical ground: green or black?
electrical wiring color code question. I have a appliance which has 3 wires coming out of it red, green and black. The plug is missing. I think red should be the "live" wire. Which is negative and which is ground among green and black?
Your right. Ground is green or bare. Red and black are hot. If this is a 240v appliance like a stove or dryer, there is no neutral, just two hots and a ground. If it's 120v, the red will be neutral. Have fun.
Green tea is much more than just a refreshing beverage tea; it provides many proven health benefits as well. The Chinese and Japanese have enjoyed green tea's healing qualities for thousands of years but it hasn't been until recently that scientific research has proven the health benefits of drinking green tea.
All teas (green, black, and oolong) are harvested from the same plant (Camellia sinensis). The method of processing creates the different types. Green tea contains the highest content of various antioxidant compounds (polyphenols) that have been proven as beneficial in fighting certain cancers, to help lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure, to help prevent food allergies, to reduce the risk of flu and infections, and to reduce the effects of aging. Vitamins C and E and beta carotene are also prevalent in green tea. Enough fluoride is found in green tea to help reduce plaque formation and bacterial infections in the mouth. The caffeine content found in green tea is about a quarter to an eighth that of coffee and less then a can of cola but varies with the brewing time.
Green teas are as varied and unique as wines. Their uniqueness depends upon the growing region, the season's weather, time of harvesting and type of processing. Many varieties are available in multiple grades. Some exotic teas are picked only one day a year! The majority of green teas come from Japan, China or India. Processing of the tea varies between the different regions so this is just a basic overview. The finest teas come from the most aromatic, young, top two leaves and the unopened leaf bud of the plant. After picking, the green leaves are spread out in the hot air to wither. Once they are soft, they are traditionally pan-fried in woks. In Japan, they may be steamed. This prevents the leaves from oxidizing (fermenting) as occurs in black tea. The leaves are then rolled to give them durability, their characteristic shapes: twisted, curly or balled, and as a means to regulate the release of natural substances and flavor when steeped. The final step dries the leaves by firing. This stabilizes the natural fragrances and flavors and preserves the green color. The objective of processing the tea leaves into green tea is to preserve the healthy, natural and active substances.
Sometimes flowers are placed on the tea leaves during the drying process to impart a gentle floral flavor to the tea, such as the popular jasmine green tea.
There are hundreds of different green teas, most of which never reach the U.S. Some of the more common green teas are:
Gyokuro - the finest green tea.
Bancha - the "everyday" green tea of Japan. This tea is made from low-grade leaves, imparting a slightly astringent taste.
Genmaicha - a tea made from a combination of usually bancha and roasted brown rice. Some of the rice pops during the roasting process like popcorn. This is a light tea with a slightly nutty flavor.
Sencha - a delicate, sweeter, Japanese green tea with needlelike leaves available in many grades.
Kukicha - a mild Japanese tea made from the twigs or stems of the tea bush.
Gunpowder - a stronger Chinese tea rolled into tight pellets originally to preserve freshness during the long trip from China to Europe.
Dragonwell - a favorite Chinese tea with flat, long leaves.
Some of the more exotic and expensive green teas have such interesting names as: White Monkey Paw, Dragon Pearls, Lucky Dragon, Jasmine Dragon Tears and Bird Nest.
So, for those of you who have tried green tea and just don't care for the taste, give it a second chance. Green tea requires a quicker brewing time from most teas to keep it from becoming bitter tasting. Use approximately one teaspoon of tea per cup of water. Bring your water to just under a boil or boil and let sit for 5 minutes before pouring over the tea. Green tea only needs a brewing time of one to two minutes before removing the tea leaves from your cup or pot. Adjust the quantity of tea or length of brewing to suit your taste. The used tea leaves can actually be reused for a second cup of tea, just brew about 20 seconds longer. Green tea can also be brewed with other herbs such as ginger, peppermint, lemon balm or jasmine flowers to change the flavor yet still reap the health benefits.
Take a few minutes, brew up a cup of this ancient healing tea and contemplate life while your body enjoys the gentle health benefits.

Green Black Anyone know where I can buy a black green day shirt with a green print of 'green day' like on the dookie cd?
Saw it at a concert last week but didn't buy it, now I can't find it anywhere online. It was black with green only print of name and explosion like on the cd cover. Any help appreciated.
Go to greenday.com the official site and visit the store. I don't know if this is it but they have a green one with the Dookie lettering.
Did you know that green tea is actually the same plant as black tea and white tea? They are each just different stages of growth on the same plant. White tea is a fabled beverage of the “great masters” of ancient China, black tea of modern European cultures, and green a favorite of modern health enthusiasts.
If we drink repeated doses of a beverage daily besides pure water, tea is a great one. Save coffee as a treat, and even then maybe organic decaf – and utilize the incredible health benefits of tea as your daily beverage. Acidity in coffee can help digest foods in a high animal product diet, but as we choose more simple nutrition we reduce the need for such high acid beverages.
Much research has been done on green tea, showing it stimulates the immune system to fight disease; with similar qualities found in both black and white tea. Many flavors and styles of tea, some with added spices and flower essences such as black tea with chai spices, and white tea with fruit or flowers, tempt the palate. As you adventure into the wonderful world of tea, you are bound to discover favorites.
Many qualities are synergistic, and we may never know every detail of why tea is so beneficial; yet the leaves are loaded with flavanoids and polyphenols that work as antioxidants.
Green Tea Inhibits Cancer
Green tea has high concentrations of EGCG, which inhibits the enzyme dihydrofolate reductase. This may sound like a Greek to us, but EGCG targets this enzyme in tumor cells and stops new growth and DNA development. Scientists consider modeling anti-cancer drugs after it, but why take the drug when you can take the real thing?
Inhibits Bacterial Viruses
Studies conducted at Pace University in 2004 indicated that white tea inactivates bacterial viruses, such as Staph, Strep, pneumonia and dental carries.
Bone and joint health
Research indicates green tea could be beneficial in reducing inflammation related to arthritis and slowing cartilage breakdown. Some early data indicate that regular tea consumption might improve bone mineral density.
Memory
Older adults in Japan who drank green tea daily showed less memory loss, than those who didn’t drink tea regularly. While there’s still much to learn about tea’s health benefits, they still seem to be in the cup rather than an extract or capsule. Those qualities fortifying memory may also be those that appear to strengthen the cardiovascular system.
Caution in Pregnancy
Women who drink large amounts of green tea around conception and early in pregnancy may have increased risk of having a child with spina bifida or other neural tube disorders. It can also inhibit folic acid uptake, so as with everything in life, moderation and balance are key.
Tea: A Daily Beverage
At our house we often drink a quart of green, black or white tea in the morning; great way to start the tea habit (and be ready to flush out the toxins).
Remember if you add anything such as milk substitute or sweetener, have the beverage with a meal, in order to keep your fat burning levels up. Best between meals to have your tea – that’s it - black, green or white – just plain!
