I live in London and I have tryed everywhere to find this product but it seems like only in Japan it is possible to buy it. Can anybody help me because I want desperately to find it?

My mom bought these CDs that you can supposedly just print labels right on(rather than the labels you print out and stick onto the CDs) but I dont know how to do it. It doesnt come with any instruction and I can see myself just popping some CDs in my printer and seeing what comes out....anyone familiar with these? Do you need a special printer or program?
