Golf Flag Pin Size? Not height but width?
I am trying to make a golf green in my backyard, and I don't want to buy a real golf flag, I want to make it myself. At home depot they have pipes, I guess you call it, at different sizes, and I need to know which one to get. Don't measure around the pole, just measure at the top to see the dimensions. They have sizes like 3/4 an inch, 1/2 and inch ect.. please help!

Some people practice their short game by aiming for something other than a flag. However, research indicates that by making your practice environment as realistic as possible, you can improve the effectiveness of your practice.
