Sun Visor What fuses do I need for the lights in Sun visor mirrors and light in sunroof deck?
1995 nissan altima..anyone know? can i run to wlamart and pick it up? which ones do I get can someone help me out?
You sure can runthere. If you have the owners manual it should tell what size fuses run theses items. If not, find the box under the dash pul out the bad ones and take them with U to store. I would think just a 5 or 10 amp should do.
Imagine my surprise when I went looking for a DVD for my car. We were to take our grandkids for an extended road trip and I thought it would help it to a DVD player. The trouble is “monitor”. I saw all these good priced monitors and thought that is real great to get the monitor and the DVD for that price. Then I discovered that they really did mean just the monitor. Not the DVD in a monitor, but a monitor.
If you want a monitor with DVD you need to look for a monitor that includes the DVD. Otherwise all you get is a “monitor”. So here is some quick information on monitors and what to look for.
The flip down car video monitor is probably the one you are most familiar with. It is mounted to the roof of the car and flipped down when in use. Then is is flipped up out of the way. It is used by the back seat passengers and the monitor usually ranges from 7-12 inches.
The Overhead Car Video Monitors can be attached to the ceiling of the car. Most usually you find them in mini vans, and SUVs because they require some of the head room. It usually fits over the inside light. These can be 7-20 inches in width.
Headrest car video monitors are built into the back of the headrest. You can buy the whole headrest since most of you will not want to cut out a chunck of your present headrest. Keep the old headrests so you can put them back in the car when you trade it in, thus allowing you to keep the head rest for the new car.
Headrest Portable car video monitors are essentially portable DVDs. They can be attached to the back of the headrest and be moved about. These range in size from 5-10 inches. This was my choice because it can be taken out of the vehicle and used in to motel room, the camper, the trailer, a tent…well, you get the idea.
In-dash car video monitors are put in the dash for the entertainment of the front seat passenger. Driver you need to keep your eye on the road. It can be flipped up and down for convenience and space. They are usually less than 7 inches.
The Sun visor car video monitor can be mounted into yur visor or you can replace your original sun visor with it. It is usually 5-7 inches in length.
Mirror car video monitors are made to fit over the rear-view mirro. They are great to be used as a rear view camera. It is very small, usually no more than 4 inches.
Now the most important thing to remember is that you need the DVD with these monitors if you wish to play a DVD. So remember that if you do not want to buy a separate DVD you need to look for a monitor that includes a built in DVD player. They are out there and can be found easily. Just don’t be fooled into buying a monitor thinking it has a DVD included.

Sun Visor what are the 3 buttons on my sun visor in my 1998 dodge avenger for?
it looks like a garage door opening buttons because there is a picture of a house with a arrow going up in the center but if it is can you tell me how to sync it to my garage door?
it is for the door opener,if you got the owners manual it tells in it how to do this ,some of the early ones didn't last to long so even after you program this one it may not work or not last all that long,it may not recognize the code for your door, good luck.

Sun Visor Helmets Why do Motocross Helmets have visors?
Is there any safety benefit from MX and full-face BMX having a plastic visor on the top?
what is there possible purpose?- Since street motorcycle helmets are simply round shells,
and the commuting driver spends more time in the sun.
Also the most pivotal of logic- Do the visors slow you down by creating friction/drag?
"I wanna go fast!" -Ricky Bobby
Mx riders ride in extreme conditions and one instance of this is protection from mud. The visor stops the mud falling down into your face.
Road riders really don't have rocks, mud and dirt getting sprayed at them from the wheels of other bikes. They may get water if the road is very wet but until you have had roost flicked in your face you cannot appreciate the protection a visor affords by stopping much of it sliding down into your helmet.
The sun is a factor as well as the angle tends to change often as to how the sun is coming at you and you don't want to be in the air jumping a massive triple without a visor if the sun is at that angle in the sky that makes it dangerous. I know I have been at supercross events and watched the riders jumping massive jumps with the sun full in their eyes. So the little help a visor may give in those conditions is important as being able to see just where you are landing is a necessity.
Guys I need help pleassse ! What do i get my bf for his birthday ?
Soooo..okay he is gonna be turning 16 in about 5 weeks. And he will not tell me what he wants for his birthday. He said he doesn't want anything all he wants is me. But he gave me spectacular gifts for christmas and valentines day and I wanna give him something spectacular. Um he likes the steelers so I was thinking of getting him a steelers hat. Um he rides 4 wheelers and he has a helmet but I was thinking I could buy him a new helmet and his favorite color is red so I could buy him a nice new shiney helmet but Im not sure if he wants a new helmet and if the helmet he has now what if he really likes that one. But the visor is gone. Umm.. I just have no clue what to get himm. He likes the necklaces at aeropostale..but I am just blank. He has everything under the sun soo Idk. I need help guysss..what do you thinkk???? -Kate
My best advice for gifts is to go with luxury over functionality.
By luxury, I do not mean a luxury item or price. I mean an item that is not needed or required at the moment.
For instance, if I got a helmet for my birthday I'd be like eeeh thx. Why, because I already have one for sure, since I am prohibited to ride and not have one.
If I really needed a new one, I would have bought it before, because it is an item I require.
Of course, it all depends on your budget and how much you're willing to spend. If he plays video games, a video game is always nice, but that would be counter-productive for you, as he would be playing the game.
What I can tell you though is the best gift I got from any girlfriend I ever had ever.
She got me a Ralph Lauren set.
Ralph Lauren white polo that came with a Ralph Lauren soap and bottle of perfume.
This is why the gift was the best.
1) She knew I loved RL clothing so picking was easy and she liked how I looked with it on shared gift.
2) We got to both use the soap as we took showers together. Shared gift once again.
3) She loved how the perfume smelled so she got all cudly whenever I wore it. Shared gift again.
Basically we got to share some aspect of the gift in some way. The best part about it is I don't wear perfume usually, so the bottle being large empties very slowly. Even though I am not with the girl anymore, whenever I see that bottle of perfume in the bathroom in front of the mirror I can't help but to think of her. Then sometimes I put some on and reminisce how she used to cuddle and how happy we were for a time. (because smell is the sense that has the most memory).
Ok, I don't want to write you a book here, but you get the picture right?
Get something you like too, or something you can benefit from even if it's your BF's gift.
My guess is that he just wants to make you happy, he'll be happy if the thing you get him makes you happy.
Look at me for instance. She knew I never wore perfume and got me a perfume she liked. I was just happy that she got happy whenever I wore it.
And next thing you know, it was my favorite gift ever, because it still draws memories.
I only wish the polo had lasted as long as the perfume did.
