Extra Large What is your favorite medium, large and extra-large dog breed? Why?
Medium sized
Large Sized
Extra Large Sized
Why?
Favorite large, medium or extra large breed and why.
Medium = Australian Kelpie - they are so smart, lively, hardy, great family pet, always switched on. I have started Obedience training with him, as a 6 year old, and with minimal training at home (I am so slack) he was runner up
Dog of the Month in Class 1 and co Dog of the Month in class 2. Kind of embarrassing when I think of the limited (virtually no) training he had at home - just 1 hour on Monday nights in at the Club. But that's a Kelpie for you.
Large = Belgian Shepherd - Malinois at the moment but I also love Groenendaels (I had them years ago). Like a Kelpie they are so smart, easy to train, they are probably more responsive to the handler than a Kelpie, beautiful - just love that head, those gorgeous high set ears, dark brown almond shaped eyes and the jet black mask, they, like Kelpies, just want to please, I love their sleek body shape - designed to cover ground easily, great family pet, great companion, love to play and spend time with you.
Where do I end. Oh yes
Giant breed - probably a Newfoundland - they seem to have a laid back personality. I would never have one - too much grooming and feeding. I don't really like the slobbering that the giant breeds do.
I have black and curly hair. I swim daily, and have to shampoo and condition my hair every day! Could you suggest me how to keep my hair dry and avoid washing them daily? I've tried swimming caps but they dont keep my hair dry.Leave-in conditioner also gets washed away in water. I am looking for something which acts like a protective mask during swimming, and does not look sticky or ugly during the rest of the day.
The only way that I've really known that keeps your hair dry is to not put your head under the water.
I have some questions about the Legend of Zelda Series?
Well, I absolutly love the Legend Of Zelda series and own ocarina of time and Majoras mask. I was thinking bout buying wind waker, twilight princess, phantom hourglass and minish cap. Can some1 give me sum information bout each of these title and give me their opinions. Also, whose your favourite Legend Of Zelda race, my favourite is Zora.
you... seem to be missing some titles.
the first game, legend of zelda, was on nintendo. it was remade for the gameboy advance, and it's also on the collector's disc for gamecube (along with 3 other titles). back then, we didn't have enough room on games to have much of a story, so you had to figure it out for yourself. decent game.
the legend of link went side scroller. many people don't like it, but it's actually a pretty good game as well. it was also on nintendo, and was remade for gameboy advance, and is on the collectors disc for gamecube
link's awakening (and DX version) was another fun game, that looks a lot like the next game, link to past. it was on gameboy, and the DX version was on gameboy color. it has not been remade.
zelda: link to the past was on super nintendo, was remade for gameboy advance, and was also modified to become "four swords". by far, my favorite zelda game. it has regular snes graphics, and decent enough puzzles. the story was also able to develop better. as well, heart pieces were introduced, instead of finding entire hearts like the first game.
oracle of ages and oracle of seasons, i have no experience with. they are gameboy color games that were not remade.
-------
onto the games you mention!
-------
ocarina of time and majora's mask will be skipped, as you own them already. they were both remade and put on the gamecube's 'collector's disc'
windwaker, for gamecube, put a lot of people off, because it looks ...cartoony. however, don't let that appearance fool you. i avoided the game because it looks like a kid game, but it was actually just as challenging as any other game. it gets boring though, when you need to constantly change the wind so you can sail properly. they tried to fix that by putting so much stuff in the ocean, but it's very boring midway through the game. recommendation? rent first
phantom hourglass is for the DS, and won't be available for sale in the USA until the beginning of June, 2007.
minish cap, for gameboy advance was a delightful adventure. excellent use of the shrink/growth factor to make puzzles.. buy it
-------
twilight princess... for either gamecube or wii. i hear good things. i don't plan on unsealing my copies though. but it looks great. if you can, rent it first. the wii version succumbed to the public, and made link right handed. i feel that makes sense, so people can swing the sword easier, but... it's just not link to me anymore. gamecube, still left handed
Extra Large If you wash 100% 2 Extra Large cotton shirt once, will it have same size as Extra Large shirt?
Hi, today I went out to shopping to buy some LRG clothing. I wear size Extra Large but unfortunetly, they only had 2XLs for the shirts I wanted and I ended up buying two of them.
So I was wondering, if I wash the two extra large 100% cotton LRG shirt once, will it become same size as extra large shirt? Detailed answers would be very appriciated. Thanks for answers in advance!
If you wash it in hot water it will shrink considerably. I would guess that after it does it will be probably closer to a 1x. Drying in the dryer on the perm press setting which is the hottest will shrink it even more. Be careful though if these shirts are a dark color. Cotton tends to fade in hot water somewhat. Try one if they are dark....see how it fades.......and check the size. If you don't like it at least you can return the untouched one. I would think the only bad result could be fading if its dark. Good luck!
Extra Large Jumpers are the Winter Male Fashion Piece of the Moment
Winter male fashion this season is dictating a myriad of styles for winter coats from the traditional woollen blazer to a low key tartan trend which we have seen exploding on the female fashion scene over the last few months – a trend set to continue until next year if the London fashion week shows are anything to go by.
However if you are a large man trends like these smart winter coats are not always accessible. If you are one of an increasing amount of men who’s larger than average measurements are affecting your style choices then it may be worth taking your hunt for modern menswear online.
Online stores which specialise in extra large menswear are a great place to kit yourself out in the latest fashion and using online measurement conversion charts mean that you won’t have to squeeze into clothes which come up too small.
A big trend for winter is jumpers, and as always this is something the UK always loves to hear. Buying an extra large jumper online means not only will your gran get some well deserved time off from knitting your winter warmers but the fact that there is such a large range of extra large jumpers and extra large sweaters available means you won’t have to wear the same large jumper day in day out.
A factor that is really important to remember whether you are considerably overweight or just slightly on the broad side, is that making sure you are wearing the correct sized clothing is really important. Wearing extra large clothes which are too big has the same effect as wearing clothes which are too small and the wearer will appear larger than they really are. By wearing tailored and correctly sized garments means that the effect of a streamlined shape is achieved and a slimmer and more fashionable figure is able to stand out for the right reasons.
A good way to ensure you never have to go through wearing the wrong sized extra large clothing again is by finding a good extra large clothing outlet and sticking to it. An online extra large menswear store will often stock a variety of brands and there will be a wide range of xxl garments from extra large jeans to extra large shirts.
By shopping online it also means you don’t have the hassle of roaming around shops all day trying things on in awkward small changing rooms, often to find the sizes in one store differ to those in another which causes considerable hassle.
If you shop online in an extra large menswear clothing outlet you can browse at times in the day which suit you and not merely on a busy Saturday when the shops are packed. If your extra large clothes don’t fit or aren’t what you were looking for after all there is usually a simple returns procedure in place to ensure all customers are kept satisfied.
Shopping online really is an addictive phenomenon and a great way to shop.
