Vintage Leather
does anyone know of a prossess for dying white leather darker for a vintage pantera Detormasa?
The car is a 84 edition "yes they made them up to then" import to the U.S. It has white leather now, but it looks terrible cuz the car is a dark blue. I want to get it dyed black, they say if I get the leather replaced it drops the resale value way down, not if I die it. Any ideas would be appreciated
I restore a lot of collector cars, don't use a dye your wasting your money.Whoever told replacing the leather will hurt the value of the vehicle is insane.A good upholstery shop should be able to match the stitching and make it look beautiful it will HELP the resale of the vehicle.How many vehicles have you seen go thru Barrett Jackson Auction with dyed interior I would almost guarantee 90 percent have been replaced.Talk to any restorer he will tell you the same.That's a cool car you have,keep it there going up in value quickly.

studded vintage leather boots – check it
Perhaps the lining is made from a coarse wool. Some wools should be only used for carpets, not for garments. If this is the case it may itch forever. Take it to the cleaners and ask the advice of a cleaning pro. (not the person at the cash register) They may be able to do something in addition to cleaning to soften it. Good luck.
